It all started when Marshall began working for a general contractor who specialized in building  swimming pools. With his entrepreneurial mindset in 2006, he decided to run his own swimming pool service business. He eventually left two jobs in the hospitality industry, Halekulani Hotel and Ihilani Resort & Spa (now Four Seasons Resort Ko Olina). 

A decade later, he decided to broaden his knowledge and learn the ropes in the real estate industry and became a real estate agent for several years and learned he was more interested in real estate investing.  All the while, he was running his swimming pool service and repair business. Then in 2019, he expand his services to offer anti-slip non-slip treatment solutions for pool decks, hot tubs/spas and other slippery surfaces.
